Ferodo "Formula" range of brakes, where to buy?

Anyone know where to buy ferodo "FORMULA" pads to suit the twin pots, they may now also be called "TS200" series.
The formula part number is DB 1223FF. AS far as i know the "Formula" range was then called TS200, (one step down from the DS2500 range)

I used to get them through my part time work but we don't supply any more, 3 of the major car shops cant see them on the system, im gonna call motorspecs tomorrow as they are closed but im in a hurry so does anyone know who can get them?

If not any suggestions for another GOOD street pad, i don't like EBC reds or (greens) as my Formulas felt better. Next idea is the Elig 2021 series that gt pumps sells but i LOVED my ferodo formulas.

They don't show them on computer, ill ring motorspecs tomorrow and get a part number and hit repco up with it.

Yea..? I called up ferrodo which they put me through a sale rep.

Because i wasnt sure myself where to buy them. He explained to me that other auto retailer like repco can still order them but would have to make a few calls to find where to order them from where as repco has a direct link to order them for you. He gave me a code number tho of the pads I wanted. Repco did whine with me a bit bout ordering performance pads and that ferrodo code system is different to their system and wont match before evening trying. I'm still waiting on them hoping their right! :unsure:

supercheap used to sell ferrodo until whoever the supplier was made it that they needed to order bulk quantities, else would be heaps expensive. If the same's been done with repco, it might explain why they're hard to come by.

Yeah apparently motorspecs wanted $60 per order ontop of the cost, if they were special ordered in at SCA. Kernts! Don't they want peoples money?!?

Excellent price for performance is the QMF A1RM.

They are around $120 through Gslrallysport and when compared to the much more expensive ferodo DS2500 they are hard to look past.

That makes sense why motor specs don't wan SCA's business, must have a deal with repco.

I rang up motorspecs tech line and got the part number. "FDS765" for the DS2000 race series (one step down from ds2500) to suit the twin pots (same pads as a DB1223......).

Rang up the local Repco and gave it to them, guy couldn't find it on computer, fair enough, i told him to ring his supplier motorspecs as they gave me the number and they can supply it as its in the DS race series its a different number system to usual, guy was just a smart ass so i gave up. I should go in there and show him how to do his job lol.

So i rang the local motorspecs warehouse and have a set on the way. 150 plus 15 to airbag them here. Pretty happy with that. Apparently there is heaps over east, not carried here in WA.
