FS: Evo3 Block, Evo1-3 240k Speedo

Block:

Would suit rebuilt, was sitting in the weather just needs boreing etc. Can come bare or with Pistons and crank etc.

$250 bare, $300 complete.

Speedo:

Reads 240K's, Revs aren't reading for some reason. Been told its an easy fix though. Already have one so no longer need this one

Also its a GSR speedo if it goes to 240klms, all evo's go to 180klms

Actually its out of an NZ new Lancer :wink:

Will fit straight into GSR-Evo1-3. I have one in my Evo2 ATM it works perfectly fine and reads acurate.

NZ New = built in New Zealand to my understanding. Out of a GLX-I model Lancer (Same as the GSR/Evo1-3 shape) CLuTZ should know what I mean

Oh thats a different story, I know what you mean now, like a GLXi over here. Did the GLXi version have the twin coil system or electronic distributor? Because if it was a distributor it wont work the tacho correctly on twin coil engines like the GSR/EVO. Well ours dont over here anyhow.

Yeah I think thats right from memory? You mean Carburated or Injected?...The one I got this out of was Injected if that helps.

But yeah, I've got one in my Evo at the moment...works perfectly fine. Reads correctly and everything . Will get a pick up tonight for you.

It starts to redline at 6500 to 8000 RPM

All EVO and GSRs start at 7500 and finish at 9000 RPM

Basically its the same as a GLXi cluster here but able to work with the twin coils... nice find
