The latest news is that it was approved for compliance yesterday, so there is just the formality of registration to go before it is all ready for sale.

this is where id start considering selling the gsr and looking at this..

can i ask what the chassis number is..

The one with one plate, was registered on the dodge- as opne of the plates will be the build plate that they all have, and the other will be the plate saying that its a personal import.

Pre 98 import you'll be wrong There was no compliance plate for them back then. No real regulations for personal imports at all actually. Just really gives a guide of when it came in.

I don't have any of the paperwork with me at the moment, when I get home tonight I'll have a look to see if I have any left. If I don't, the answer will have to wait a bit as the car is at my parents' house and they are away for a couple of weeks.

The chassis number is CE9A-0108041. I'm not sure what other numbers get added when it is complied but this was the number as it was in Japan.
