Welcome mate!

That ECS will cost you an arm and a left nut to get working, but anything is possible with $$

I just got one on the road recently- 200k kms with clutch change at 160k- mint condition inside and out for $510 on ebay. We pissed the ECS off and got some struts- scored some brand new rear Monroes (wouldn't recommend them usually) for $49 on ebay too. Needed new bushes and got it on the road and registered for around $1800.

I suggest trying some ProMa MBL8 additive along with some fresh oil to stop your lifters ticking.... also try using some genuine gearbox fluid to see if the crunching goes away. Even try a new slave cylinder which are cheap ($30) and easy to replace

Ive used thick oil and its still ticking so id say the lifters have failed.
Would you know how the ECS would work and what is needed to restore it? I think i need the pumps

Dre, did you get any bush part numbers?

The guy around the corner supplied and fitted the bushes for it

First you would need to find out what's actually wrong with it. There's so many things it could be- like Jayrome said, you will spend more than you spent on the car just to get the ECS working. You are better off ditching it for shocks and springs which handle better anyway.

Also, like I said- try the MBL8 and if it doesn't work then i'll eat my shoe :p
