how long were you at 25psi for?

I swear i could say for atleast 2-3 seconds flat. I think im estimating that with pressing the throttle began to hit boost from 3k rpm all the way just past 6.5krpm, i could've been 25psi for 1s. Before i had the big cooler 2 yrs bak i ran 18-20psi tdo4 stable for an easy 3 seconds this is stock cooler, exh, inj & no knock, ping fuel or boost cut. i guess luck. Arent gsr 370cc? low imped.

I thought that the TD04 turbo would run outer puff after 18-20psi

unless its a hiflow, I have seen a high flow TD04 on 25psi, car ran a 12.6@106mph

isn't mine you're referring to is it? Mine pulled that time on 'only' 20 psi with a blocked cat.

Or i can say i might even have a hiflow tdo413b-g turbo stuck on this car to break the 25psi barrier no dramas. And even noticed that my clutch friction grabs on and no slip whatsoever even on deadly 3rd slip gear. When i purchased gsr its was shrouded in mystery. :lol:

I would have loved to see the A/F % when you went to 25psi without a bigger fuel pump, & the stock 390cc injectors. :shock:
Shoud have hit boost cut. :?:
No wounder people blow their engine's. (Some people still dont know why)

A guy I was talking to with a STOCK 180sx had just brought the car (all of 18yo) & wanted to buy a Boost controler off us, I asked him what mods he had.
He said didn't have any, But was running 22psi of boost & wanted to run more. :lol: I mean WTF
They MUST know that More Boost = more fuel.

Nooooooooo i wont man, i dont that trick chris pulled at the lights.. :lol: :lol: :lol: ehehe it was just that one day my boost controller needed a smack on the rear when i hit 25psi!!!. Lol now i rerouted bcv with very short hose tract
turbo nozzle -> bcv > w.actuator and wd40 inside out now no problemo and no throwing apples out of the car to people or eggs. oh btw with (14psi perm) and 14deg idle timing i got pinging 2 ticks at 6300-6500rpm (15deg weather ) hehe. I dropped it down to 12deg and should be spot on.

I btw d/c the factory boost controller 2 port and i think thats why if i set to say 18-20-25psi it wont cut boost cos i dont have it attached. Before when i had it connected i remember having boost cust around 16-18-20psi. My Fuel cut sensor still in place and not cutting fuel out & knock sensor in place for safety hehe.

Yo siv chris 4g motor didnt blow any rods out to the moon btw he was doing a revved launch (when apparently he saw chicks on the sidewalk) then marked 16psi-18psi then boom out the side a clear 4g trademark. his block left a huge oil spill like them tankers on the ocean. I think he wasnt with racv roadside so he doesnt get free 24hr tow home, and that adds more headaches in the butt and other places.
