rear diff bearings munched itself hopefully that is all. need to open her up so wont be doing that till prob next week.

changed the driveshaft seal and dropped the oil today to find metal bits so dont think it will handle a hard days work at the drags.

if there are metal chuncks in the oil its probably not wise to drive the car at all mate....it will only make it worse

yeah i know however i leant m daily out to a friend so not much i can do.

we've changed the oil and seal for now.

seems to have quitened it down for now they were just very fine metal particles not chunks.

unless someone has a spare diff lying around then i should be able to to get it fitted by sunday :lol:

petrol is always going to be an issue, but what can you do.

We have sports cars, no point having them unless you enjoy them.
