Me and the missus are heading over to Queenstown in early september to go snowboarding. Does anyone have any connections for accomodation, car hire, lift tickets etc?

it gets packed in Q-town, and hard to find permanent accomodation.

Couch would be ok with me. Missus prob wouldn't like it though! I haven't been over there before so what's better? Wanaka or Queenstown? I've heard mixed things about both.
