Was at Heathcote all day today, racing Poobarus and Nissans at the SAU VIC/WRX Club Drag Day
I got a 14.3 @ 96mph.


I only wanted to get a 14, so I'm happy
My worst time was a 15.1 when I missed 3rd

14.3 with a passenger and stock isnt bad ! i did a 14 flat poped it off the line and clutch went bye-bye on the first run !! next time im out its gonna be a 12 !!! hahah (i wish)

i can finally see where you guys are coming from

i figure 13s should be easy once i get the exhaust, injectors, afm and get a tune.

but i love proper track racing rather than straight line, theres something about going around a corner really fast

its more exciting on the street

60ft was consistently 2.0 with the dying clutch

best i got was 1.9

trap speeds were 95-97 -need more powah :shock:

I couldnt be assed driving up there. using AFAS wrx club member number and race.. i thought maybe it would of been a waste if i drove up and they didnt let me race!

I started off doin 14.1's in my VR4, then slowly it came down, 13.5, 13.1, 12.5 then 12.0!!

I realised the other day I was a fool for ripping the car apart only doing a 12.0- I should have got that 11!!!!

It can only get better from here!!

when i changed the clutch, I went from a 13.5 to a 13.1

you didnt hit boost cut with the exhaust and 15psi?

i definitley need a new clutch
i was speaking with meek and he says to get a excedy cerametallic one, but i really dont want a button clutch in my daily driver

i have a ceramic 3 puk in my car and its starting to shit me to tears
driving at high speeds/high revs its fan-bloody-tastic... in peak hour and driving slowly, around carparks etc. it's an absolute <unt of a thing!

thats exactly what i was thinking

i thought about just getting the exedy fullface organic heavy duty whatever clutch

hopefully that'll last

but i'll definitley come try yours out first

i gotta get those coilovers off dre before he goes overseas though so the clutch will have to wait
