idle worries

i just installed a new 16g turbo. started tht car and it was reving at about 2 grand for a few minutes. then it went to 1.5 then 1.7 real quick up and down up and down. and i mean twice as quick compared to normal idle surge probles.what can be causing this.

ISC (idle step controller) better known as the stepper motor.

yeah i dont think its that because ive had that problem before.
it goes twice as quick compared to normal isc failure or is that because i got a bigger turbo

If all you touched was the turbo, then you probably just have an air leak somewhere.

thanks guys everything alright now.
just put boost controller on and everythings all right.
basically isc stuffed (SORRY CLUTZ)but for some reason every time i connect the boost controller it seems to fix this problem.why?
