I know it's not the right forum, but I figure it's more relevant here for RVR members

Here is Will's current build. He's built it all himself and is currently in the process of building my new forged setup.

Dre, a week before I bought it, a valve spring snapped, so I decided I would forge the motor whilst they were fixing things.
Main reasons are the fact it's got 180,000k on it. I figure if I do it now, I won't need to worry later on.

Current car's setup is putting out 226kwaw, however I'm going to be aiming for 300 when it's done.

Car is awesome!!! Built by a brilliant engineer and he's a champion too!!
Can't wait to see how it goes once its all sorted. This car started two more 2.2litre builds lol
 
he put 450awhp down yesterday at 25PSI on pump fuel... They didn't want to push the tune too much harder until he's on e85. Then he wants to step to around 35PSI I think he said...

Should be interesting! Can't wait to see my engine finished!

post up the dyno sheet if you can.
 
I haven't seen the Dyno sheet he told me over the phone so I don't have any details. My 2L build is getting expensive! Kinda over-shot my budget a bit, but hey, isn't that the story of cars?!
 
Forged lower end, larger valves. Was going to port the head, but I've overshot my budget. I might port the head out yet, just need to figure the funding side out.

So should be an interesting build. I'd love to get around 400hpaw out of it, though I'd be happy with 350 as it's my daily and I know if I bolt a bigger snail on it should be able to handle more.
 
Yeah, wack some nice cams and a bigger turbo on it, and it'll make plenty...

Eagle 7 bolt crank, I know where that came from ;)
