Help Support 4GTuner:

have changed everything except the leads and it is still running like a pig, i'm going to change them tomorrow if that does nothing then i am going to take it to apc and say fix this, i want it to cost less than $1k
 
what injectors? what ecu? MAF etc etc??
what turbo? intercooler?

if ur running higher injectors stock turbo intercooler and a chiiped ecu....

it will run like shit...

does ur check engine light come on? and is the o2 sensor working
 
check engine light is on, o2 sensor is brand new, evo 9 610cc injectors, 055maf and stock ecu. evo 3 big 16g turbo
 
retarded timing

ur running to rich and the o2 sensor is prolly going nuts

same issue in my vr4 ur injectors are just pumping to much dude...

either get it tuned or drop back to some 560/510's
does it take ages to spool and feels really rough?

it wont spool at all in first is really rough and feels like it has no power, i think i am going to get the wolf 3d i have installed on it tomorrow. send it to apc or someone else who knows what they are doing with that side of things.

i should also mention it is backfiring like a mofo
 
go to the wreckers and grab yourself a cas.
and grab yourself a tps.. or borrow them..

swap em over and see how it goes...
might be a dodgy sensor..

I do not think an 055 maf and the stock chip would play too well together. Whack Tim's ecu in there and see if that makes any difference.
 
I had problems with my car spluttering etc and it was the C.A.S.

then I had more issues with it being realllly laggy and running hell rich, and it was the chip I was using to run my 800cc injectors.

I swapped to smaller injectors, got a new chip, and the car is running great.

i have decided to go with the chipped ecu, but putting tims in and seing wouldn't be a bad idea, except his is set for 800cc and mine are only 610cc
 
u cant put 560's and an evo MAF onto a standard ecu... it wont know....

that is ur issue....

get a chipped ecu for 510-560 and u shouldnt have any issues

she is running pretty smooth after changing the leads and chipping the ecu, gonna take her for a run to get some steering fluid and see how she likes the road. this day has been a long time coming...watch this space
