intercooler + piping / gl lancer wiper control arm

does anybody have an intercooler on the cheap? i have decided not to fiddle around with getting my e9 cooler piping welded up. if it is aftermarket, it must include piping.

also after a windscreen wiper control arm for a gl lancer. this is the plain plastic arm without variable interval control.

richard, does it come with piping to suit e1-3/gsr?

long story short, i need to replace the hks item on the car asap as it is not mine and there are quite a few people wanting to inspect the car (for sale). i have an e9 cooler, donuts and straight aluminium piping, but it's gonna take too much messing around with welding to fit. basically after a quick solution, obviously weighing up replacement cost vs welding.

i'm the one after the cooler mate. already noticed it but i'm not too keen on the mild steel piping (correct me if i'm wrong) and strange routing.

at this stage i'm going to complete my existing setup, but will let you know if i need one urgently.
