Knock hit 29

Hey Guys,

Was logging a hills cruize today and my logger said i hit 29 @ around 5k in third from what i can gather..

Anybody know what the max knock figure is before you have to worry??

but knock sensors are notoriously inacurate, can u hear it audably pinging ? if not its prolly not a consern... mine used to audably ping, & its still goin strong

Cant really hear any pinging, but at the same time the cars pretty loud @ 5k in third aound 120k/ph.. :? What should the injector figures be(air/fuel) iam still learning the logging codes.

Knock readings are really quite useless - mine shows values of up to 100 just driving up the revs - but when I can actually hear pinging its only 20-30 :? They just can't accurately determine mechanical noise from knock...

your best indicator is either an audible pinging which should be quite obvious (with windows up and radio off etc) or get your AFR's checked if you are still worried...
