Lancer CC GSR adjustable rear upper suspension arms

Whilst getting some new tyres yesterday I was talking to the wheel aligner, who suggested that I should get adjustable rear upper control arms, if I wanted to play around with all possible suspension settings on the rear wheels .

So I found these (see pdf), I suspect they are rarer than hens teeth, but neglecting that for the moment, has anyone else ever had these? Were they worth it ? Or are there better ways to get extra adjustability on the rears?

I have these Spherical bearing ones in my car, havnt driven with them yet so cant comment

I have Megan racing ones which look like the hard race ones, toe and camber, gives a fair bit of adjustment and I haven't had any noises or knocks or anything bad
