Hey all,

just wondering if I could get some input about the rear windows... it seems like they are loose, I tried to tighten them up today but since they are sliding down via the center rail, you can't really tighten anything. You can grab the window when its fully down and tilt it right and left, is this normal? As it goes up from the bottom it tilts slightly left or right then towards the top evens out and seals nicely, is this normal :?:

remove the door skin and take a look at how it all works then you can see what can be done if anything. takes 5minutes max to get off

dude thats what I did, if you read my post you could tell that I removed the skin to find out whats going on in the back otherwise I would not know what I described.... there is nothing that I can see for adjustments and wanted to find out if something is worn or its normal. other cars that utilize power windows have a x rail that propels the windows up and down, the adjustment on those have two 10mm bolts you can adjust, on the window or the rails. Our type on the other hand has one rail that propels the window up and down and theres no adjustments on the window neither very poor design if you ask me

if the bolts are tight and it still wobbles then its worn.

dont think there is too much you can do about it if the palstic is worn on the track

Lets all take Mitsubishi to court for making such badly designed cars shall we
bahahahaa

from memory there is 4 bolts that hold the motor in and 3 or 4 thatt
hold the track in. all 10mm

once undone there is no reason why it shouldnt just come out.

there are no hidden bolts or anything
