Oops sorry, was a link to the stratco catalogue for rainwater downpipe. But on looking again it doesn't say stainless just zinc and galvanized. But they can roll downpipe at many diameters.
But... Around the corner from my place at a newish shopping centre, they have stainless downpipes on the building. So there is places that do it
Pretty light stuff. prob too light for exhaust, but maybe after the cat?

1mm should be ok, I will be running no cat or mufflers this time around, as you say though the back section would be fine really thin.

rear halfs can even be done in thin wall aluminium
