MOtec M4 start up files

hi all

iv been handed a motec M4 by one of my buddies and i wanna tune my modded spec EVO 6 with it.

i was wondering if any one has the base map/start up file for a evo 6 for the motec M4 so that i can get started on it...
please guys i need your help badly cos im having a race this weeekend.

my mods on the car is as follows (just in case any one would want to advice me more)

ported and polished head
standard evo 6 inctors
deatsch werks DW301 fuel pump with surge tank
tomei pistons / rods
evo 9 turbo
33mm restrictor on turbo ( since its a regulation to run gravel events over here)

please help guys

Just contact MoTeC directly, they will be able to supply you a base map.

Or Your tuner would Probbaly be able to set up something basic too at least to get it on the dyno

tried calling motec but they are closed for the weekend... see the thing is i need to finish this off today cos theres not much time left... and my tuners out of the country lol!!!

Only if I had a Laptop ect I could give you mine, im running a M4 and running a 34mm restrictor.

Ah I wouldn't recommend doing a rally on an untuned ECU, especially as the Motec doesn't have any knock control I would be a qui k way to make your motor go bang.. If you can't get it tuned, stick with your current ECU

thanks mate... downloaded the file but unfortunately i cant load it on to the m4 program... any advice?

View on new software, convert settings manually into your m4. Focus on trigger / sensor settings.
