If you want traction go the Starion with IRS already. LSD will be hard to find or pay 1k for one. You can use the Starion block with DOHC gear on top to use the Starion box.

That 150-170kw can be done easy on a 2.6 Turbo.

I will say that car is clean, and not only myself but another offical down at track spotted this in scruitneering and we kept telling him it was sacrilege.

matt, if your still keen on this idea give me a call and come up for a visit. i have a very rare ex lancer here that can be road registered, i have the proper lsd for it, which is stupid strong for a small car, lots of goodies lined up for it already, i had the plans of going 4g63t also. its not a simple bolt in, but isnt so full on that everything needs to be cut and welded and custom made. pretty much have all the parts lined up ready to start. but badly lacking funds and time at the moment.
