good night last night guys, with a few mods the commodore would go well into the 15's, unfortunatley though i only managed a 16.016 with a 2.2 60ft time.

It was a good night even with the horrible heat and humidity out there due to the circling storms!
I only managed a best of 13.1 @ 109 with what I suspect is bad wheelspin in first and second.
I bogged the launch bad on one run and got a 2.351 60ft time but still ended up with a 13.4 @ 110mph pass.
I vote that we wait till the weather cools down a little before heading out again

and Mo, there's 3 orange lights before the green. Go on the 3rd orange light and you should see your reaction time drop closer to .400 seconds, which is about half your best last night.
And I would definitely look into using a solenoid to reduce boost in 1st n 2nd, then have full boost in the remaining gears. Maybe something for you to consider as well Tim, since wheel spin thru first was a problem for you too.

Have a play around, but really, who cares! You know youve got the Mph, so you know what the car is worth, especially on the roll.

I'm only fiddling with the airflow because it gets a bit warm in traffic. I'm trying to route more air through the radiator rather than let it escape around it.
Yeah I think I'm gonna build another boost controller, the current one never worked properly, so I'm always on high boost.
That might help a bit I guess until I AWD it! (fingers crossed).
Lol, Craig, I was looking at your reaction time of 0.55sec thinking "wow I done well that time!" haha.
Sorta the same when I got my first time slip of 13.01sec, I thought " yeah it felt faster that time" haha, only to find out it was the other guy's ET!
How come you weren't out with us Jamie? Are you studying over the summer break?
Pity you couldn't come out Troy, you would've decimated all of your competitors.
I got beaten by an S13............shame.

hey tim, maybe you need some wider tyres...i know where there is a set of 16's with 205 tyres on them.

Shit i excpected a high 14 from him well when he gets his mods should defenitly reach a high 13!
