^^^ the downside to a road like this is when you get stuck behind a bus or cars and the fact it has cops all along it

what about somthing like black spur or somthing down in the mountians new mt baw baw you sort of get the idea

or mount donna buange? i dont no spelling its got some twisties hwy driving also has a nice fish and chip shop and 80% of the way up the mountian it has a huge huge car park good for photos and stuff then you can go right to the top and it has a huge look out

Ok...

I spent the whole day cruising the GOR and otways twisties and so on... the verdict is thus.

I'm not sure it's a good idea to take the cruise along it, reasons being someone will die. If we have another driver like shannon (I have no idea what his username is) trying to keep up with wrcvr4 or whatever, they'll kill themselves no ifs or buts about it.

I was in Shannon's car, and he wasnt driving dangerously at all. He knows what he's doing. The only thing that worried me was seeing the wrcvr4 guy overtaking on a blind curve and almost getting smooshed when a car started coming towards him when he was on the other side of the road.

Everyone going knows their own abilities... If people just want to cruise, then just hang at the back and do it. If people want to go hard, then let them.

No one is going to sue anybody :)

I also drove the GOR on monday nite from geeong to warnambool. Great roads, but my tires were fried by the end of it, and my brakes were well... spongy...

Not to be rude, and I am far from the best driver, but you get one of 20 cars on this... one with brake fade and u got disaster :S...

Great fun though if everyone just wants to "cruise"

There's a difference between some idiot in a barely modified GSR and a car that won a full rally season with a trained driver at the wheel.

I don't actually care what you think, you'll learn this with time, I saw the driving first hand and nothing you say or do will convince me otherwise.

That said, the roads that I cruised around on are definately and completely out of bounds for a large cruise.

I agree, totally no need for Entaran to jump in with sissy name calling.

Everyone makes mistakes, lets just move on.

COME ON FELLAS

Stupid or not, what everyone does in their own cars is their own business. Personally i wouldnt really care what anyboy else thought anyway, but thats just me :p

as Dre just said,
