oil pressure guage install

Howdy people!

Im just wondering what fittings I need to fit an autometer oil pressure guage upto a vr4 motor?
I know how it works etc Im just wondering if anyone has any pictures of How they hook thier guage upto the oilpump etc.

I tried using search but it would take me day's to find the awnser.

u need the matching sender unit, and run it from ur gauge to ur engine.. there is an oil pressure plug on either the head or the block, and the plug goes in there....

can you be more specific as to where the plug on the head and block are.
also where is the best place to get the reading from, it was suggested to me to put it down near the oil filter housing

the one on the block is on the oil filter housing, don't know where the one on the head is

remove the standard pressure/temp sensor from near the oil filter housing, then put a T peice in there with the fitting for the aftermarket sensor one side and the standard on the other,

then run a braided line from the T peice to the sender unit that you can fix safley to the body some where (if you just fix to the T peice, if you hit a bump hard enuf they break the brass fitting)

if that makes no sence ill post some piccies in a few weeks when i get around to doing our setup.

For the one in the head, I have put my oil temp sender in there.
It is around the corner from the oil pipe to the turbo on the front left hand side of the head. (I used to have a pic but can't find it now, sorry)
