Broke something in the driveline at the Oakey sprints on the weekend and the other drivers seem to think that it is either the diff or torque tube BUT I doubt it is the TT.
I could still drive it enough to get it onto the trailer accompanied with clunking noises and jerking so my money is on either the crown wheel or pinion.

The ratio is 3.9 and any help in locating one appreciated.

I still have the original open 3.5 small diff. The 3.9 is a big diff and am told that the lsd clutch pack won't fit in the small diff.

Have been told that some early TRITONS may have the parts I need any info on wether this is true and where to find one appreciated.

would be happy with any big diff ratio between 3.5 and 4.2 so the LSD can be fitted.

Hey bud, i work at a wrecking yard and can either sell you one or tell you which yard has one pending what its coming out of. I believe the early NH/J/Ks had the 3.9 hybrid LSD yes. 33904555 ask for Tylar. Cheers

Have you tried Chapman’s? They’ve got stations and tritons
I already emailed them and waiting for a reply.

Rob Chapman is the only tuner I trust with my Starion

Have had a call from Rob and he is unable to help.
Have also called John Whittaker who used to race a Starion as well and no luck to date.

Just got the car back with the 4.22 diff and it may be only in my mind but it does feel a bit more frisky on my usual weekly lap around the block. .
