Remember, clutches like anything else are rated to certain power/torque figures and won't clamp properly above this

im not making THAT much power man...i can barely get the thing to move from a stand still....theres no power being made at 1500rpm

and yeah seperated the lot man..its all the way it should be

Check your rear axles for breakages

Clutch fork was fine....
I will have a good look at the rear shafts when I go to pick it up.

Could it be transfer case related? It's the only part I havnt changed

I'm betting on a rear axle too. They usually break inside the diff housing and unless you really yank on them you won't be able to tell.

Rear axle would've only broken if he sidestepped the clutch from a standstill and then the problem started.

It's possible though. I have plenty of spare rear axles if you have a dead one mate.

disagree, mine snapped taking off gently from a set of lights

snapped the rear passenger side drive shaft clean off at the spline lol

all sorted now though thanx to baz's large parts collection
