Mechanic, or panelbeater? What side of town are u on?

I did the same thing! I spent over $5000 repairing it, I used all Evo panels, I got the roof rust fixed up a bit and as I got a Evo 1/2 cut shell to use for the radiator support panel I also had the strut tower bracings put on my car. I sourced all the parts and the panel beater did all the work and painting, he is in Bentleigh East and used to work in good panel shops so does a good job, he works for himself now.

Craig's Custom Body Works - 0439352722

It wouldnt hurt to give him a call and get a quote.

If you want I have my old fibreglass E3 bar that suits GSR front guards for sale, I have kinda sold my GSR plastic bar I think.

Or there is Harry, (S15ETA) he works as a spray painter at a panelshop!

Yo richard how much for your e3 fibre glass bumper ??? =) btw thx guys for the help, ive found a bonnet for $450 .

Oh and i need a mechanic as the radiator support is damaged ... i need some1 that has tools so that it can pass a viv certificate.. cause ammi did a dog on me and told vic roads it was a repairable writeoff !!! bastards lol !! Thx again guys ( Btw im in the western suberbs )

Oh and dean do u have the entire front head lamps set =) !

repairable wrightoff shouldnt need a VIV, its only stat wrightoff's that do...
Repairable wrightoffs are normally caused because too the insurance company its not worth repairing it, they may as well give you the total sum that the car is insured for...

all repairable write offs need vivs now.

when you go for a viv you also need receipts for the
parts that you fit so they know that they are not
off a stolen car.

soon you will also supply the vin of the car that the parts
came from.

this is already compulsory in sa and nsw

Only loop hole is if the car is 15years or older.. it does not need a VIV even if ti says it needs one.. cos its 15 year old it doesnt.. it just needs an RWC!!! So might help waiting til when it was first registered to put it bak on the road otherwise you will need to spend $500 on a VIV and also parts and it has to be done mickey mouse.. no bog etc.. otherwise you will fail.

Omg thx guys, so i just get a rwc and im all set ??? =P ! ????!!??!?! cause i cant find anything to support what u guys have told me. not saying that it is incorrect ? any point me in the right direction ?

its a 93 gsr so that would be 15 years .. .. aami said i would need a viv ????? or said it would be close i dont get it ! I have no idea when it was 1st registered... and where does it say i dont need a viv if its more than or equal to 15 years...

it depends on what month you car was reg'd if it was december 93 you have 10 months to wait.

if its jan 93 you are right to go

check in the engine bay and on ur rego sticker! should say it on a plaque..

its more then likely a month after the build date.
