Which do i buy?

I've heard bad things about the G4, which are essentially D2's ( so ive heard)..then again, ive heard some ppl say there great..

G4's-$1400
Rac. Logic-$1700

For 300 bucks im thinking the racing Logic would be worth the extra coin...then again, theyre both outa taiwan..theyre probably made in the same friggin factoiry and are the same thing, wouldnt suprise me!

The goal of these things is just to slam the car, its not for track use or serious performance BTW.


I suppose if anyone can speak from experience, it'd be a great advantage for me..

Id go the racing logic over the g4's

On evolutionoz they've just had a group sell of the BC BR coilovers and everyone seems really happy with them. They're cheaper than both the above aswell

I only paid 1930 for Teins. Just as another option.
 
Yeah, i need adjustability thyough in ride height, as im running pretty big (and offset) wheels.

Im interested in these BC items, anyone run them?
 
The D2's I have sit nice and low but you can't "slam" it. They were crap when they first started making them I beleive or had a bad batch but they are still making them so they have obviosly made them better with some development etc. People seem to just remember back when they were shit and don't go past that.
 
im not a fan of anything made in china/taiwan. Id rather buy something second hand thats made in europe/usa/aus/jap-land than waste my money on chinese crap.

i would also suggest tein ss jamie, the quality is alot better on them compared to the other brands i have seen.(excluding dms of course) bc's suffer under any fast driving for too long and start to go funny.

can't comment on the racing logics though
 
buy a good set of secondhanders.
I picked up my set for $600, no complaints thus far, and if you've seen my car, it's Duuuuuuumped.
I believe this would be better then a new set of D2/G4.
And to confirm, yes they are from the same factory. Along with GAB i think they're called.
