Any after market Mod is void warranty anyway! and most probably considered un-roadworthy as well.
Is your car under a warranty still? Maybe not.
What my understanding of their concern is if you mod ur car, Do some damage, put the standard parts back on! then go and try claim warranty from it. Then when they say no, bag Ralliart for not warranty repairing your car.
Also this would be the same if you Launched your car regularly and then expected to claim a warranty repair on your clutch or gear box. Ralliart is still a mainstream manufacturer and as such need to develop items for reliability and robustness yet maintain their appeal to a certain demographic (??-this is a big word for me
)
And as such people need to understand that the car you buy for the road will be compromised if you go to the track. However, the car u buy from Mitsub is probably the best value for money track/street car you can buy.
The compromise is only if your expectations are higher than the standard.
That is what they are not willing to support. I hope I made it a bit clearer. If you had a business would you??

Sponsorship from Ralliart is definately a step in the right direction.
It does cost alot of money to run this forum and it's a hard long slog for all the moderators. I know they all put alot of time and effort into making Team4G the place it is.

Hi Folks,
Alan Mance have had some issues with their builders As a result they have pushed back their official opening and the official release of the new Lancer.
They are lookin at the Oct 13/14 one of these days however they will need to get some assurances from the builders!
I have another phone in and a face to face next Tuesday so will keep you updated on progress.

Hi folks,
Spoke to Alan Mance they said a spanner has been thrown in the works they originally had the chief designer of the Evo's coming to open up the showroom however he has pulled out so they are chasing another avenue bummer. :cry:
They are definitely opening on the 13-14th so book it in Eddie!
I will keep you updated with what is happening.

Hi Folks,
Due to the unfortunate events that have affected the grand opening of the Alan Mance showroom the day has been called off.
They are still committed to doing stuff with us and I can say that I have seen some loot as a reasult and picked myself up a Couple of freebies as well - (Thanks David!).
They would like us to do something maybe mid next month and make a day of it with a cruise.
I checked out the new Lancer as well and it seems to be all Sex on wheels. Especially when your sitting on the inside.
Keep you posted as to what further developments will happen.

As it stands yesterday I spoke to David about track days spare parts as well as tech nights and support for the Web site he was favourable to all of them.
This is where we left it. He is making enquiries and I will catch up with him in the next few weeks.
By the way Tenji have you gone to Syd to check out the new EVO 10 launch I saw pics from David's phone of the MR and it looks great!
