first things first we are going to pull the box out to confirm what damage has been done. see what gear is currently in there and if it is just a clutch plate and already has good pressure plate, fly wheel. Ill save a bunch and just get a new plate.
but if clutch is stock, shitty plate etc ill look at the twin plate..
But with a good clutch just means ill have to get good power , its a vicious circle..
iluszn said:hrmmm good thinking.. Well if it was already something like a daiken in the car and its just clutch plate is screwed.. ill jut put a good plate in for th power..
See how things go. pull it apart first and go from there
And if i were you i would
do clutch. drive it a year, sell it, buy a gsr, sell it, buy another gsr, sell it and buy a gti.. sounds oh so familiar

I had an Exedy 3 puk and wasn't happy with how it performed or how it lasted.
I only launched the car once or twice in the 18 months that it lasted. It was extremely rattly aswell.
I don't think I rode it at all, it probably didn't like the start stop traffic when I drove to work with it every day though.CLuTZ said:matress said:iluszn said:I have been recommended a Exedy 4puck. anyone had any experience good or bad?

you must have been riding it, because mine lasted 50+ launches. Im sure the rattle is due to the person who installed it
