mine averages 96 to 100 degrees. with a 12inch. in townsville tough the average temp is 30+. i am going to upgrade to a 14inch fan and look for a better thermostat. i also have an asi thicker radiator.

Blurring the line between 1st to 3rd Gen engines..
i ran a S14 alloy rad in my first setups on my car with twin 12" fans on the front and never had an issue with temps...
i'm currently running a small 2 core RX3 rad with twin 10" fans on the front. water temps just above the thermostat is around 90deg constant, i'm yet to see them go over that temp even after Melbs insane weather.... i am running an aftermarket fan controll system to run fans earlier then stock...
