Rough uneven idle

find true tdcon cylinder 1 and see where your timing mark is sounds like your ballancer like mine has slipped and trown off your readings for timing this generally wont affect how the car runs but will prohibit you from getting an accurate reading on timing

my timing is advanced further then the bolt whole limits.. thinking this might be causeing my idle problem

Pretty good indication that your balancer mark has moved. As long as your timing plug on the firewall is earthed.
