hey guys,

i propose that we have a cruise, maybe a mountain run or similar when my car is running, say a sunday. we could meet at a centralish location and go for a run up tambourine have a bbq lunch up there and then come back down.

tambourine is only a sugestion there are probly better mountains around, like i said when my car is running so there is no point setting a date at this stage, what does everyone think.

Craig

i have to get some piping for my cooler, and get everything running right, i'm going on a hunt tomorrow for bellhousings see what i can find

wow thats 4 in and we haven't even got a date for it yet, and we only been talkin about it for 12 hours, i think we could break a club record for the most qld vr4s at a meet

Troy nearly has his car all back together and should be even more of a bullet this time around.

I've got to put a new clutch in before I go having any more fun. I have a fidanza flywheel on the way, still yet to decide on a clutch though.

is that an aftermarket thermostat housing, if so where did he get it
disregard this, i worked out what it was

Craig, you can't see the thermostat housing in the picture, thats his bov.

The fidanza is coming through a local parts company that I know very well, they are getting it through Rocket Industries who are the fidanza agents for Aus so it should be the real deal. I don't like buying things from computers, would much rather buy inperson (call me old fashioned :? )

After going on a 400 km navigational rally on Saturday (Caboolture to Beerwah to Mooloolaba to Nabour to Monteville and back to Beewah via every back road you can think off, even some dirt ones that aren't on the map), I have a few new roads to add to my "fang list".

If I got myself organised, I can probably put together a Sunshine Coast cruise of 200 - 300 km with probably 100 km of awesome "fanging" roads which can be done at moderate (but still legal) speeds and still be quite safe and entertaining.

If you want to do something north of Brisbane, let me know and I'll see what I can put together.
