Has anybody ever experianced a shudder in the back left wheel only under hard acceleration.i have only had a quick look ,nothing obvious without levering all my bushes for wear yet though.
also the car always seems noisy mechanical sounds when going past armco railings and stuff.never hear it on open roads.already replaced unis and checked centre bearings and middle cv joint.I am assuming that this car will be noisier than front wheeldrive.

i get a shudder from mine under full boost, tis the rubber mounts for the centre bearings not the acutuall bearing that is the issue... it doesnt even feel that bad when you crawl under and play with them but it is deffinately them... but at $200 each plus a probable balance i'm just taking it easy most of the time for a while

Ta ,I reckon that too beacause mine are sagged too,but i wasn't sure because it felt like back end and only on rear left.so didn't know if this is a vr4 normal trait or something else.

The mechanical noise is usually caused by a non stock clutch. The stock unit has rubber in it to absorb harmonic's from the crank. You should hear the noises my twin plate makes!

I was referring to the mech noise he is getting past guardrails Dre. YOu can here similar noises to the decel noise at very low throttle points. You usually only hear them as reflected noise though.

where did you get that price from? last time i checked they were about $75. part number is CB125 from your local supercheap via special order

genuine were about 220 and a local driveline place was about 190 from their supplier.. i tried repco and autobarn and neither of them could find me a part no.. so i gave up for the time being, will check that out monday though :D cheers
