I would never keep it.. if it was a $2 part.. no loss. but $3500+ mi sure you would be pretty pissed off :)

So are they organising shipping after all this? Given you a connote perhaps to put it against?

nope apparently he doesnt know any "couriers" that will pick it up... so he said just take it to the post office, pay whatever amount it costs back to him and he will deposit that money into my account. bit lame but not a huge deal.. may take all of 10 minutes to do... anyway it was a laugh.
Jeremy the boss dusnt know any couriers lol and he sells things which would be far to big and heavy for aus post. imo hes a lazy c*nt

Just take it Aust post and send it back to him COD.
If he is being a lazy sod I would repackage it into the largest heaviest box that Austpost will accept and ship it COD.

lol nah, dropped it of out the front, on the turbo it said rb25, i bought it from tweakit.net.. rang them just before, making me arrange pickup from my house and delivery back to them.. to hard so im going to email them saying i dont have time.. here my adress .... hehe

That delivery process is a bit different to what they claim on their site...
Tweakit or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Tweakit as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Tweakit to be authorised to receive the goods.
If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, Tweakit may charge you additional delivery fees.

Hmmm, This last one is certainly interesting...

Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

wow i never read that.. so that means i own those parts:)
it even states it in writing!
and thats real funny because no1 had to sign or anything he put in on our front porch and booted... it was also just aus post.. their tracking system is apiece of shit ne way.. i so shuldnt have told him:(

just tell him now that 'due to information on your website i have decided to keep the parts as they now belong to me' and send him a link to that part of the site so he can read it for himself

LOL!!!!

from a praise for doing the right thing, to now - slight peer pressure of fucking em over .
