Hey guys,
Did a search already, no results, anyway, the car is running a bit funny, no doubt due to the extremely restricted exhaust and tiny turbo D), anyway, the thought occured to me that I should probably check my spark plug gaps at some point. (I don't expect it to alleviate the problem, it was just a thought I had about 5 minutes ago reading all the people with ignition problems on the skyline forum.. ahh, Nissans.. love em)
As the car is modified normally, should I use a different plug gap to what mitsubishi recommends? I assume I'm using a different heat range plug to normal.
Also, should I still check out and regap the plugs every now and then, or will the gap remain correct until the plug is cactus? Oh, also, a lot of people whinge about ruined coil packs in Nissans, and our coil packs are remarkably close to the engine.. any issues there? Is there some way I can test the coil pack?
Cheers,
Daniel
