TD05H-20G

4GTuner

Help Support 4GTuner:

Just needs more boost haha she'll wake up at 20psi.
As you have the stock TD05 hotside that's unclipped, it will start to choke the turbo when you start to push more exhaust flow, so you wouldn't see the 'full' benefit of the cams yet.

Say you put 272's in, you'd have more cam than the hotside can flow anyway. But fark they sound good!

All that's what iv read, this is what i've felt....
I noticed a great difference even on low boost (14psi) up top, it doesn't die after say 5.5-6K rather it pulls to 7.5k before it drops off.
But i didint check the exhaust side of my turbo to see if its clipped when i had it apart, but at low boost it wouldnt need it. So the gains are there even whan not maxing the turbo out i feel. It just keep pulling.

(Anyway i better get off here, might be starting my car tonight :w00t:)

I found that thread i was talking about the order in size/flow of the exhaust wheels.
this is the answer someone posted up when Brian from Forced Performance got back to him about how the order of td06 turbines were ranked.

Ok, i got an answer.

"here is how they break down from smallest to largest:

TD05
TD06-SL2
TD06
TD06H"
