May I ask where you work?

I work in a parts store, and we are able to deal with austral, though we generally use precision.

My question is why did you have the engine running for 10 minutes? That would have been making a hell of a noise....The new engine has to be better luck than this one. All the best mate

Heavy duty valve springs = high seat pressure = more stress on valve.
Aftermarket cams can sometimes have have dodgey ramp angles which slam the valve into the head rather than closing it gently = more stress on valve.
And no rev limit on the chip means it is quite possible to get valve bounce (= more stress on valve) and you found the next weakest link in the valve train.

Look at any 9000 rpm motor, they typically use fark off strong valves and light weight hollow cams to allow them to do those sort of revs safely.

at the time it was my daily and I needed to get to work

128 valves? Surely its something else that is causing the valves to fail as they cannot all be manufacturing defects/faulty.

16 - (1st replacement)bent after the workshop that did the work didn't change the tensioners
16 - (2nd replacement)was after a bottom end rebuild and then oil pump ceased
