Yeah cheers for all the comments guys, was a lot of fun taking these pics, we wasted a good 3 hours taking the shots, then they were stuck on my hard drive for about 2-3 months and I haven't touched them until a few days ago, they seemed the prime candidate to try out some new techniques and I am very happy with the end result.

Camera was nothing special, Canon 40D, I think the bulk of the shots was taken with a 24-105F4L and the close ups were on a Canon 10-22mm (sadly both those lenses aren't mine, but are on my buy list hehe)
