hey guys i did the conversion for my rvr with the evo2 turbo in place, problem is well, it started off where it was alright for couple test drives turbo spool up sounds good and all, when it was in need of a tune/chip ecu etc or something, but now turbo is not spooling up at all looked at my gauge its below 5psi bad!, could the turbo is not good, and also another problem im coping is the oil leak from the oil line from turbo to the sump its leaking kos i forgot to put the sealant on it..... but could that be the problem solving or a tune? i dont jerk no spool or anything just flat revs, running stock exhaust aswell...

The oil leak sholdn't matter. Check the actuator rod if it's still siting tide on wastegate spigot. :)

With the oil leak, the stock oil return lines to the sump are a bitch. Do yourself a favor and buy the return line kit gt pumps sell.
A mate and i have have fought with the stock lines. Worth every cent and easy to take off in the future.

To not build proper boost id be looking at the actuator as well. The diaphragm in them can go as well. Id take the line off and blow some compressed air (dont give it 70psi or anything) down the line and see if it moves freely as well that its not jammed open.

hows ur car now miodrag!!!
It's good mate. I have 272 cams in it now. I have a bit more lag down in low revs but as soon as it passes 3200rpm there is more torque in it as well as it pulls even at 7000rpm so I rev now in manual mode to 7500rpm. Airflow reading on evo scan logs now goes to above 1750Hz. It needs fine tune of timing but I don't have time and place to run full 3rd gear pulls as it needs over 160km/h to reach 7000rpm in 3rd gear.

Check the exhaust is not blocked, a blocked exhaust will slow turbine spool/speed which will result a low amount of boost.
