Hi all,

Just curious has anyone used or is using a water to air intercooler with a 93t on the street? REALLY considering going a PWR setup.

Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Baz has tried it in one of many of his VR4 setups......
How about since you have space problems on yours, use Twin coolers?
I cant remember your setup visualy right now but isnt your cooler piping going over( or under) the manifold to that small cooler?
How about from there to that small cutout on drivers side, then into a smallish barrel? You can use the drivers side front grill for the heat exchanger.

Just a thought.....

I used to have one on my 4G63 and it worked well on the street.. i ran out of room when i upgraded my turbo so i sold it.. it was a PWR one as well.. i dont have any pics of it on this computer atm but dane might have one of it as i sold it to one of his mates..

dane do you have a pic of it??

This the 1 you were after??

That looks pretty damn awesome!! id still want to mount it up front have to do abit more research. Thanks for the pics and advice fellas!!

I think i remember something on there saying how because theirs is square then can get more intercooler in the same sort size area then the pwr

Just think it starting adding up by the time you buy everything needed to use it

I'm sure pwr complete kit in the smallest size was like $800 or it used to be

Just doing measurements the square coolers will fit better and i think i might be going something bigger than the smallest kit was thinking a 550hp plazmaman one ;)

Benno its just for size they are SOO efficient!! a little box of 97x114x390 (plazmaman 550hp) can support so much!! with alot of room for improvement. plus if i run a front mount i will have to say goodbye to a fair bit of my front bar and at least with this setup even if i run a water to air up front it can be hidden behind my number plate, im trying to keep it as much off the radar as possible, no cop magnet BIG cooler!! PLUS there is more room up front for my trans cooler lol

I guess if you got the radiator for the cooler so it was the same size as the air con condensor would fit in perfect without taking up any more room

The W2A radiator will fit perfect under my radiator support and behind my bonnet latch support aswell it will fit perfect!!!!
