As per my other thread, anyone that can get there please come down and check it out, even just to show support. Myself, MVR420 and Mattress(i assume) will be leaving from the Shiners Car Wash in Karingal at around about 6 - 6.30. There is a place down there that sell great parma's so we will probably be getting one of them. DO IT FOR THE CAUSE!!!

The car wash is on Cranbourne Road just past the McDonald's when you're coming from Frankston.

If you go down the Frankston Freeway, turn left at Cranbourne Road.

I think Shiners is on the corner of Lindrum Rd and Cranbourne Road.

well, there wasn't as many people as last time, but still wasnt a bad turnout.

Boys read in the local rag:

HOONS TRASH MEETING.
Apparently it was not a drag meet of any sort and was just a meeting with 10 or so members of a car club including the owner of the runway to discuss the viability of having a dragstrip.It ended up being gatecrashed by 700 or so dragsters.According to the paper it did more damage to the concept then any good.
Maybe a letter with signatures is the best way to go about it afterall.

I just found out that the owner of tooradin airport is really good friends with the owner of the springy motors building...

But I do agree that those commowhore drivers do more damage than good in these meets... they just cant seem to hold the urge to let the skids out..
