Pfft - Drag wars (sorry - "battles") at the lights and on public roads. Everytime my friend starts telling me how he's burned off every "contender" he comes across on the roads in his EVO7, I tune out because he's too cheap and stupid to come on a track day with me.

$150 for a 4hr track session at Sandown sure beats losing your license, a mega $$$ fine and having your car impounded for getting busted doing it on the roads.

You want a real rush - try running neck and neck with a GT3 at 180kph at full throttle on the race track with a 500hp VL turbo right behind you, all without worrying about killing an old lady who might turn out in front of you driving her Corolla to the bowls club.

^^^ exactly Shayne. As Chopper says, 'Ask a stupid question, get a fkn stupid answer' lol. Racing on streets is a touchy subject that many people dont want to condone or discuss on a public forum considering some members have lost their license, damaged their cars, been injured and I believe one has even died as a result of racing on a public street. No disrespect to Kane as the question does pop up now and then... its just not a subject I think that should be discussed publicly anymore, but thats just me.

Thats Awsome, there is one of them a black one cruises Princes HWY, always gets me, my shitty 87kw GSR has no chance, but things are about to change and you wont be able to wipe the grin off my face when I finally see that car in my rear veiw mirror!
