What turbo did I buy?

Hey guys, just picked up a spare turbo but the numbers don't seem to make sense?
Part number on it is 49178-01450
I am thinking that it is an evo 1 turbo?
Also has a 070 housing.
Inlet size appears to be around 48mm
Outlet ( exhaust ) size is around 61mm approx.
Any ideas?

Jason (Skankyjoe) has expressed an interest in it but I don't think he will mind a loan to you for a while

Just measured the comp wheel and it matches perfectly with big16g specs!
