wiring problems

just a matter of putting the red wire with the red and green with green?

Where do these go to?

and the last one

what plug goes to number 1 is it the one from the engine loom or the one from the lighting loom?

then the rest i am lost so any help would be great

OK, I'll try to help where I can, having gone through a bit of a wiring nightmare myself recently.

1. No idea on alternator
2. The foam wrapped connectors in your 5th and 6th photos are for the EVO power windows and mirror connections I believe.
3. The underdash loom goes into plugs 2 and 4. Only a single connector should go in plug 1 - just keep trying until you find it.

sorted plug 4 but but nothing fits 2, 3 or 5 and i have two diferent plugs that fit into 1, one comes from the engine loom and the other comes from the lighting loom. could some of the plugs on the panel be for stuff that im not running like aircon and stuff

3 is for your rear de-mister wire, 5 I don't know (I don't even think I'm using it), and I think 1 is for your engine bay loom. I am very confident that the underdash loom goes into 2 and 4.

Each plug will only go into a specific connector, there's a couple which will receive a couple of different plugs, but you should be able to problem solve that sort of stuff out by trying to switch the accessories, lights etc on and swapping until they work.

Grey is front washer motor and front intercooler sprayer.

Orange inside goes to the A/C loom.

Yep the ones with the foam go to the door looms, which you don't have.

looks like the MPI Relay too me.

Yes it is. Its the MPI aka engine control relay. A large gold relay plugs into that plug and it lives behind your cigareete lighter bolted to the side of the vertical support bar for the dashboard
