I have some issues with poor running with a wolf ecu that was in the car when I bought it........make a long story short I was trying to get some acceleration enrichment from the ecu and noticed that the TPS reading goes 0 degrees to 8 then straight to 106 degrees with nothing showing in between. this leads me to believe its incorrectly wired. on the TPS there there are 4 pins they are marked + o s - this seems to be the same markings on a few tps i have in the shed. the instructions I have downloaded for the ecu say to wire up the tps to the following .........

Description Pin Allocation Wire Colour
TPS +5V 15 Red/Dark Blue
TPS Signal 14 Dark Green/Dark Blue
TPS Ground (Signal Ground) 13 Black

my query..............can any one translate the markings on the tps or suggest were the wolf wiring should go?

It is more likely that you have a faulty TPS.

You could try to recalibrate...
Do you know how to calibrate the tps on the wolf?

From memroy, you have to hold the top left or top right button on the handcontroller.

Anyway, you have the go to the mix/max tps calibration option and then floor the pedal, and let it go. This will let the ECU know the min voltage (off the throttle) and max voltage (on the throttle).

Once you have done this, and the tps still jumps around, replace your tps.

As for figuring out the wires, I can find out on the original loom for you, but then you'll have to convert to the tps plug.

solved.....late last night. the wombat had the sensor ground going to the wrong spot.

so now let see what else is wrong.......
