There are people who spend lots of time and effort on their cars and others who just dont give a sh**.

One of those Nasty lil so and so's (much more was said), Has cost me about $2500+ and alot of time and effort.
Anyway ill stop babling and get to the point.

Yesterday my car was vanderlised and not the anoying spray paint / Egg kind of way. It appears as if they have poured Degreaser into my engine and now my engine has seized the cam shafts and the bigends.
Needless to say NOT HAPPY. Expenive Vanderlism.

I just cant for the life of me understand the reason why some one would do this. Because now i have put the stock engine back in and am now forced to rebuild yet again my 4G93t.
I posted this thread because i wanted to tell people that there are people so gutless and so pathetic that they have to waste other peoples time and money. And for waht amusment, i tell you it wont be so amusing when i find out who did it.

i had the car out front and i left the bonnet up and i think i know the guys who did it cos how else would they have known that i want there. and i think it was degreaser cos when i drained the oil out (after it shat itself) thats what i could smell. and it was merky.

About the only thing worse would be a handfull of sand in the oil cap.

Why was the bonnet left ajar?

I dont know of anyone who would "stumble" across an ajar bonnet and think to add degreaser to the motor

So you left your bonnet up someone put degreaser in your engine.

You have diagnosed the problem and pulled your engine out and put your new engine in within 24 hours.

That is extremely quick.

I assume that you don't have insurance because if did you would have left the engine in the car.

Are you sure you haven't blown the head gasket?

well im a mechanic by trade, and the car is my daily driver so i needed it, i managed to get the old one back in by the morning. and its not a head gasket because its a different kind of milky and when i lift the car was fine and i got back and started it up and then after bout 20 mins it shat it self.
and no im not insured unfortunatly.

i can do a cordia in a day on my own and i'm just a farmer... needless to say that sucks... some people really need to be forced to participate in the darwin awards imo... i have no problem with harmless practical jokes or payback that is just that.. HARMLESS... people that do things like this that cost people lots of $$$ need to be treated like its a crime

thats messed up dude. i would definatley being trying to work out who did this and deal with them. legally or in your own matter just make sure u get your point across
