Worst Night EVER!

Last night around 5:00 i was chillin on my couch, in front of my air con watching TV...all good

and then disaster strikes....the whole street had a black out.

within 5 mins it was 37 degrees in my house and we didnt manage to get power back until around 11:30 am today
but that was only for about 40mins. Then it was out for about another hour and now its back and im trying to recover from a mild case of heat stroke i think.

needless to say sleep last night was nothing but wishfull thinking

anyone else experience a power loss?

No A/C here was 35 degrees in bedroom last night
It got to 40 degrees in the workshop today, bosses got slurpees for us all in the arvo...

Yeah hit 40 odd here at the Terrace too Shagger. When I first moved into this place I installed a ceiling fan in the bedroom for those steaming hot nights... of summer of course lol

Well i hear about u guys on the news and the radio i feel for you guys I really do must suck so bad in the heat. and here i was bitching about 34 degrees.

I was in Preston all day yesterday and the pub said it was 44 degree's, and i had to walk about a klm to CIGWELD i think i lost like 10kgs though

thats not bad.. think of this.. waking up at 2am in the morning to 35+ heat.. then going to work.. working beside 2 side by side overs (6 x 2m) and opening the ovens up at 250degree's celcius and pulling all the bread/savourys out... for about 3hrs...
