wtb: hand-brake cable

as title states, i'm after a passenger side hand-brake cable for a gsr/evo 1-3. preferably in melbourne and available for pickup before the weekend if possible.

somebody must have a wreck lying around??
does anyone know if the standard cc lancer (drum type) uses the same cable? if so i'll drop by pick-a-part.

No - a drum type cable will NOT work on an EVO or GSR. Give Jeff at Techsport a call, he will more than likely have an EVO1-3 or GSR handbrake cable lying around. Again - you CANNOT use a drum type cable on the caliper setup on EVO1-3, so this also rules out EVO4 onwards.
