i bought a set of tein's of an importer. paid $900 and they were like new. They are Type HA, fronts are 8kg/mm springs, and rears are 6kg/mm springs. I will take a look under the car for some part numbers on the weekend if i get a chance.

i have a set of tein HA hight and damper adjustable coilovers. these come with the small helper springs, the spring rates i have are 8kg/mm front and 6kg/mm rear. in my opinion i wouldnt go any harder then this, in fact i would go as far to say the front it probably a little too stiff.
