guys im after some externally adjustable front and rear shocks for my gsr i rang one place and was told that koni yellows were only externally adjustable on the front, is that true? if it is i need another couple of alternatives. Thanks Grant.

magnaflow are the biz, iv'e got a 3'' cat and oval muffler on mine, sounds good and no loss of power from when i replaced my old fujitsubo ones, or if you want something legal could ring hitech mufflers who do some good stuff. Grant.

Guys what's the largest set of front brakes you can put on a gsr, as i'm looking at doing a swap because i use my car for track work. i know the ones off the evo 1,2,3 are a bolt on thing but i want to know is there anything bigger i can use, iv'e looked through some old posts and it looks like...

when i had my roof done about 2 years ago didnt need to get a new roof, they just put new seals in it . but some times it dose crack.

i run about 34 psi back/ 36-38 front for sprints, it depends on the track how long or short they are and the temp,as wakefeild in winter can get ffffffffu*%ing cold :shock: so a bit more will get them up to temp quicker, but as a rule between 36-38 is a good starting point. Grant.

Hey guys does anyone run a inline thermostat on their oil coolers ? If not, whouldn't the cooler keep the oil cold (not reach operating temp) in winter. Grant..
