Ive only heard of one case where the main bracket had snapped, But JR are using better, stronger materials now. I think they might've had a bad batch somewhere along the line.

Main reason, There would be more room for a larger turbo / dump, the other reason I can think of is weight distribution, having more weight between the strut towers as apposed to the very front of the car.

I can understand that the floating type spacers are not reccommended. With saying that Ive had spacers on my car for years without any issues, But what about the Bolt on type? The only problem I can think of is the cheap wheelstuds.

Yeah I did.. :lol: Something I noticed with the pistons. It has G 6 - T stamped on the rods, and ART 2L on the Pistons So is this a 2L block? The bores have scuff marks but it isn't too bad, The crank is still in good nick.

After a little experimenting with my old setup which had the cold side pipe enlarge to a 3" intake. I changed it to a 2" cold side pipe, boost threshold was lowered because of the less air needed to fill that area meaning quicker acceleration. So now on my new setup, I've kept the hot side 2"...
