    Colin Willshire - 7.86 @ 171 mph - Quickest 4cyl Sedan in Oz

Hey Rob, I meant to ask you when I was chatting with you on Saturday, but someone at Minijam told me that Nick is selling the evo off .. something about the motor going into Ben Bray's ute? Is there any truth to that, or is it all gossip?

    Colin Willshire - 7.86 @ 171 mph - Quickest 4cyl Sedan in Oz

"Sedan" as in what it races as .. ie, it's not a dragster or an altered or a funny car, etc.

    Colin Willshire - 7.86 @ 171 mph - Quickest 4cyl Sedan in Oz

The little 4G powered 1200 ute from Jett racing ran 7.86 @ 171 today at Mini-jam in QLD, making it the quickest 4 cyl sedan in Australia now. It ran great all day, 3 7.80s and came runner up in the pro class, losing in a heads-up race to Joe in the camrydore. It still runs a conventional auto...

    Evo X Styling

Aftermarket .. the bodykit is done by a mob called black illusion. I'm not a fan.

    Wiring up my Autronic

If you're going to send it to Sydney, get a quote from Scott @ Insight Motorsport .. friends with autronics swear by him, and he's got a pretty impressive resume. I hear he's a bit pricey though, so it might be hard to beat the quote from QFM.

    CV shaft collar/mount in 92 GSR with VR4 4G63 - Need info

Mine's the standard one .. I've had no problems. What mounts did you use for the engine and gearbox? Maybe it's not sitting right and pulling it out of alignment?

    Mitsubishi Prototype-S pics

It's almost certainly going into production from what I've heard .. aimed at the WRX rather than the STI. It'll be interesting to see how it's priced here .. it'll need to be around the $40k mark to compete with the rex, but I don't see how they're going to do that with the SST box, recaro...

New sticker scheme for the drag evo

So you'll be running super-mod this weekend Rob? Why the change? Did the supra rear end put you out of street-awd?

Car moving to Australia, need help.

If you've owned the car over 12 months (and can provide the required proof), then you don't have to worry too much about rules and regs. http://www.infrastructure.gov.au/roads/safety/bulletin/importing.aspx#5.06

    Kelford Cams???

That's about the only place HKS cams will deliver their potential in my opinion .. they have a far less aggressive profile than some of their competitors.

    Ebay supercharger

Stick a computer fan in your air box, it'll be just as effective.

which fuel pump? also what to use for more spark?

Nothing will 'bolt in' to your tank to support 500hp atw .. that's quite a target by the way. You could put an 044 in there with a bit of work, but even it would be borderline. If it has to stay in tank, think about mounting two walbro pumps next to each other. It'll require a bit of work, but...

    replacing broken rear axels.

PAR boxes use Evo 8 output shafts these days (apparently they're far bigger, though I haven't compared them myself) .. not sure if PPG do the same.

    Rellocating Air Box & Battery

Mine sits down in front of the driver wheel out of sight, and yep it has a breather on it. How many fittings are on your catch can? Technically it should vent back into your intake for legality, but regardless of where it vents to, it does need to vent somewhere. If it's a sealed unit, then...
